Sherlock Holmes, know to his friends and everyone else as Holmesy is an elite surfer from the Gold Coast. He’s also a detective, a genius, and a master of disguise. Also he is tanned and he ALWAYS wins in bar fights. His best friend Doctor John ‘Jonno’ Watson used to be in the army. Together they must face the greatest criminal mind this country has ever seen, James ‘Jimmy’ Moriarty, but not before they work through the tough issues they have because it is impossible for Australia to make anything that isn’t about people whose lives are falling apart around them.

The first episode A Study in Sydney is coming soon, closely followed by The Blind Wanker, and The Great Barrier Reef. Rumours about a second season are that it will contain episodes titled A Scandal in Brisbane, The Hounds of BBQs, and The Uluru Fall

 Holmesy is famed for his catch phrase “Fuuuuuuuuck.” and his ever present VB can and novelty green and yellow striped sombreo. His elder brother Mycroft, or “MIKEAYYY” as he’s known by the club, holds a minor position in the local surf club. For the reason behind year long wait between the two seasons the creators Mark “Gato” Gatiss and Steven “Steve-o” Moffat were quoted as saying they “couldn’t be arsed mate.”
